TOUR PROGRAM Day 1 – Departure from Keşan to Nevşehir We gather at 19.00 opposite Keşan Government House and depart towards Nevşehir. During our journey, we make stops at suitable rest facilities and enjoy a pleasant trip towards Cappadocia. Day 2 – Ihlara Valley, Narlıgöl, Kaymaklı, Avanos and Ürgüp In the morning, we take a breakfast stop at a rest facility. After breakfast, we head to Ihlara Valley, enjoying a panoramic view of Mount Hasan. We observe the approximately 14-kilometer-long Ihlara Valley from the Glass Terrace and take a photo stop. Then we see Narlıgöl Crater Lake, notable for its volcanic formation. Our next stop is Kaymaklı Underground City, one of the important underground cities of Cappadocia. Accompanied by our guide, we explore the tunnels, living areas, church, dining hall, cellar and storage sections of the underground city. Then we move on to Güvercinlik Valley and take a photo stop. We head to Avanos for lunch. After lunch, we visit the traditional pottery workshops located on the shore of the Kızılırmak River, where we have the opportunity to watch the craftsmen working on the potter's wheel and do some shopping. Continuing our program, we move to Ürgüp city center. We visit a production facility to see the stages of wine production from the grapes grown in the region. Then we move on to Paşabağ. During the walk, we have the opportunity to see the characteristic mushroom-capped fairy chimneys of Cappadocia up close and photograph them. After lunch, we head to Uçhisar. In Uçhisar, we enjoy the unique panoramic view of Cappadocia and take a photo stop. After our coffee break, we begin our return journey to Keşan.
