How is information provided before the tour?
A WhatsApp group including all guests close to the tour date is created. Departure time, departure point, vehicle information and tour announcements are shared through this group. Any updates to the program are also communicated via the same group.
How is the seating arrangement determined?
Seating in the vehicle is arranged according to the order of reservation (registration). In order to treat all our guests fairly, seat changes cannot be made based on personal requests such as "I want to sit in front" or "I get motion sick."
Can we sit next to people we booked with?
Yes. Guests under the same reservation or reported as the same group are seated as close together as possible. Once seating is completed, seat changes inside the vehicle are not made.
Can the departure time or point change?
In mandatory situations, the departure time or departure point may be changed. In such a case, all our guests are informed in advance via the WhatsApp group.
How early should I be at the departure point on the tour day?
You must be ready at the specified departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. Waiting is not possible for late guests.
Can the program be changed during the tour?
Provided the entire program is carried out, our guide may change the order of the program depending on weather conditions, traffic, crowding at visit points or similar mandatory situations.
What is included in the tour price?
The tour price includes transportation, on-board refreshments, the Tatildeyiz Tur guarantee, professional guiding service and compulsory travel insurance in accordance with Tourism Law No. 1618.
Are museum and archaeological site entrance fees included in the tour price?
No. Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites and paid activities included in the program are not included in the tour price.
Is the Porsuk River boat trip paid?
The Porsuk River boat trip is optional and its fee is not included in the tour price.
How is tour cancellation done?
Cancellation requests must be reported to us at least 1 day before the tour.

Our tour is organized as a day trip, and the departure point is across from the Old Government Building in Keşan.
The departure time is 01:00. Our guests are required to be present at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
The vehicle type may be determined as a minibus, midibus or bus depending on the number of participants.
As the tour program is busy, it is necessary to adhere to the meeting and departure times specified by our guide on time. Tatildeyiz Tour is not responsible for stops in the program not being visited due to late guests.
Provided the entire program is carried out, our guide may make changes to the order of the program due to weather conditions, traffic, crowding at visit points or similar reasons.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
The Porsuk River boat trip is optional and is not included in the tour price.
Meals and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
Due to the intensity of the tour program, it may not always be possible to find an ATM or currency exchange office. For this reason, it is recommended that you prepare in advance with the cash you will need.
Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten or lost during the trip.
Participants must have with them the necessary reports regarding any existing health problems, pregnancy status, or continuously used medications when joining the tour.
Pre-reservations without payment are not considered confirmed. A deposit (advance payment) must be made within 24 hours. If no payment is made, the reservation may be automatically transferred to the "Reserves" category.
No guarantee of seat number is given during reservation. Seats number 3 and 4 in the vehicles belong to the guide and assistant.
What to Bring?
Please keep your identification document with you at all times.
Since walking will be part of the day, we recommend choosing comfortable, seasonally appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
Depending on the weather, it is advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
Please bring along your personal items that you may need throughout the day.
If you take any regular medication, please bring your medications and necessary medical reports with you.
Due to the busy schedule of the tour, it will be helpful to carry a sufficient amount of cash.
